ภาพยนตร์สั้นสายประกวด เป็นประเภทสำหรับผู้สร้างที่ต้องการส่งภาพยนตร์ เข้าร่วมประกวดอย่างเป็นทางการของเทศกาล โดยภาพยนตร์ต้องสร้างสรรค์ภายใต้ แนวคิดหลักของเทศกาล CONCEPT UNPERFECTIONIST และต้องสะท้อนการตีความถึงความไม่สมบูรณ์แบบในมุมมองที่มีความหมาย เด่นชัด และเชื่อมโยงกับแก่นสารของภาพยนตร์อย่างชัดเจน ภาพยนตร์ที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องมีความยาวระหว่าง 7 ถึง 15 นาที รวมเครดิตท้ายเรื่อง ต้องเป็นผลงานที่ยังไม่เคยเผยแพร่หรือฉายที่ใดมาก่อน และต้องมีการใช้ AI ในกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์

การพิจารณาภาพยนตร์สั้นสายประกวดจะให้ความสำคัญกับแนวคิดและการเล่าเรื่อง การใช้ AI ในการสร้างภาพและการออกแบบงานภาพ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ คุณภาพด้านหลังการผลิต และความสมบูรณ์ของภาพยนตร์โดยรวม ผู้สมัครต้องสามารถอธิบายบทบาทของ AI ในกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างชัดเจน รวมถึงต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ในเนื้อหา ภาพ เสียง ดนตรี ฟุตเทจ และองค์ประกอบอื่นๆ ที่ปรากฏในภาพยนตร์ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความโปร่งใสและความรับผิดชอบของเทศกาล

The Short Film Competition is for creators who wish to submit their Films to the official competition of the festival. Each Film must be created under the festival's main concept, UnPerfectionist, and must clearly reflect an interpretation of imperfection in a meaningful and distinctive way that connects with the Film's core message. Films submitted to the competition must have a duration of 7 to 15 minutes, including end credits, must not have been previously released or published anywhere, and must use AI in 100 percent of the creative process.

The evaluation of Short Film Competition entries will focus on concept and storytelling, the use of AI in image creation and visual design, creativity, post-production quality, and the overall completion of the Film. Applicants should be able to clearly explain the role of AI in the production process, as well as confirm the rights to content, images, sound, music, footage, and other elements used in the Film, in line with the festival's standards of transparency and responsibility.
